How To Set Up an RVP for a Project

If you're like most video editors, you've probably used the Roland Video Switcher (RVP) to move between footage taken from different GoPro cameras. But have you ever wondered how to set it up for a specific project? In this article, we'll show you how to set up an RVP for a project using Adobe Premiere Pro.

First, make sure that your RVP is connected to your computer. Next, open Adobe Premiere Pro and create a new project. From the Project Settings tab, select the Output Format tab and choose the RVP as your output device. In the RVP Settings window, make sure the following settings are correct: Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (Full HD)

Frame Rate: 30fps

Aspect Ratio: 16:9

Now click OK to save these settings and return to the Project Settings tab. Under the Files tab, click on Add File and browse to where you want your footage to be stored. Click Open and your footage will be added to your project!
